Spring-return electric actuator, used for valve or damper baffle plate can be restored to a safe position in the power-off state. The spring return of the electric actuator can ensure that the device to be controlled is in the fully open or fully closed position without external power supply.
Under normal resident power supply information, the actuator is opened by the motor-driven equipment and the spring accumulates energy. When the system is powered off in an emergency, the spring releases energy to drive the actuator to return the equipment and devices to a safe position (fully open or fully closed). The process is safe and stable to avoid tube explosion (small hammer phenomenon). The internal mechanical part of the spring return electric traversing mechanism includes a drive unit, an energy storage unit and an energy lock unit. The three units consist of a gear transmission to form a complete transmission chain system.
